Order placed February 19. Received March 28 with only 3 of the 5 items I had ordered. I emailed Customer Service and was told I would receive a refund for the other 2 items.

I have now been promised a REFUND in FIVE separate emails from this company since March 31.

Please send a refund immediately!!!
