False information stated, impossible to get a reply off, ignorant

Originally this site seemed very legitimate. I placed an order and waited 10 days for delivery even though the site states 4-7 days. After numerous attempts at contacting them i emailed site complaint who this site is registered with. They was very helpful and after another 4 days they got me a tracking number.

I contacted Parcelforce who then told me customs had seized the parcel and i had lost it. I then spoke to customs whop also advised the same and maybe a slight chance of still receiving it but could be waiting a long time and at extra cost. I then tried contacting the site again without success so got site complaint to get in touch with them. I have not heard anything back not surprising.

The site states how it legitimately sends all parcels and short delivery time. Nowhere on this site does it say based in China as if i had known i would not have used it. This site does not reply to any form of contact or help in any way. The site also says how smooth and enjoyable a buying experience off them is and how you can be 100 per cent assured with a purchase.

I would advise anyone to stay away from this site as after looking further they also trade under slightly different website names
