I ordered an Apple iPad 2 Tablet (16GB, Wifi Verizon 3G),
on July 25. I was emailed 2 days later with the Tracking number that did not work. I was told to wait a few more days and try and if I can not track it contact them to track it. I waited to more days and tried everything i could think of to track the package, but i got nothing. I emailed the Company again and explained that the tracking number did not work, so they finally email me back that they when to customs to check on it and someone in customs dropped it and it broke and they would have to resend it. I responed back with then and asked how soon can they have it out so me and they sent the same email back to me about customs. I emailed back and asked for a refund or to just modify my order to something esle and never recieved an answer back. I was so upset and lost until I found this website.
