I placed an order on 08/18 and I followed up with several emails, and they gave me a tracking number which when I go to the African site it never changes? Its been over 40 BUSINESS days now. They have sent me a few reply's just giving me the run around I believe, like its stuck in customs or the are short on personnel or some lame excuse. Here's email they send me

Your order was already approved and shipped. Your tracking # RD619441111ZA so
you can check it online at the http://tracking. Postoffice.Co. Za/

They also sent this reply: the order is already in New York pending until Customs release it. Recently,
Customs and FDA started a meticulous investigation from every package with
medication that came from overseas. Specially because there are a lot of fake
medication coming from India and Pakistan, so they want to make sure regarding
the amount of complaint they received from client who placed an order from those
places, that every medication which gets into U. S is not coming from there. If
for any reason, Customs return the package to the sender or stay on pending more
than the usual time, we will resent the order.

But when I check it, it never changes or updates. I guess I've lost my money: (If you have any suggestions please let me know... Thx
