Wireless ATT lied about services and prices of their International Data for the HotSpot Elevate 4G New york

Att sold me a hotspot elevate 4g service, but the prices and services is not what i contract with the representative.
I asked to double check on prices and rates for international data plan for the hotspot modem, and after the representative double checked i decided to buy the equipment.
When i arrived in brazil to use the service, the hotspot doesnt work!
I had to make an international call and was placed on hold for 1:20 minutes, and the answer was: "i am sorry, the representative made a mistake, but you you be charged for the service, and you need to return the equipment in 30 days at your own expense."
the plan she told you doesnt exist, and we are not reimbursing you for your expenses on this call neither for not to have the service, and we will not provide you the service for the price the representative sold me the equipment for.
They told me the call was been recorded, but as soon as i told them to retrieve the recording, they tell me they dont have acess.

They trick you to buy the service and they dont provide you the service. Its impossible to find any information on it in the website so i had to trust the representative which represents att company.

Its a scam, so be very careful when contracting any service from att... Choose a different carrier!!
