This guy will shoot a good line but as soon you meet him there will be something not right about him. With that said my wife continued to have second thoughts and I should have listened, now here I am with the foundation of my house destroyed, damage to our wood floors, sinking bay window, uneven floors, and mold issues never before had. Steve Molison is a con man of large proportions. When he started work on our house he would talk condescending to my wife and grown daughter regarding ideas for the house and in very degrading terms... This is where I started to see his manic and pathological side. The pathological ending with him stating he received major back injuries and couldn't work after destroying my wood floors. On a hunch I had friends follow him as he proceeded to work at other job sites. When confronted, he lied and said it was repairs to his mother and fathers house (whom do not live on long island nor live in the house he was working in)

In the end the damage to my house was overwhelming and with a the beer cans that were found and his stench of alcohol I should have been more on guard. Never again will I hire a self employed 'contractor' or be fOoled. Y a con man. All I have to say is there are plenty of options out there don't use this man.
