Rent a center
Being threatened and didnt even sign with then Internet

My boyfriend rented a ps3 from rent a center. He did not make payments. I have never been in their store or signed anything so why are they telling me that I will get a felony. I have even given them the system back to them once and have not seen it since. They also said that they have my social. How can I be in trouble for something that has nothing to dolo with me. Its not my fault they let him have it back.
