Employee at rent a center threatened me and i dont have an account with them

My boyfriend has an account with rent a center and he became behind on a payment while he was out i answered the phone. An employee from rent a center ask for him and i told them he was not in she said she needed to leave a message that there was a problem i said leave the message but i did not want to hear about the problem she then said "she would be sending her guys and then i would really see a problem". Some of the guys did come to my house who were very nice and i told them i really appreciated that they were respectful but i was going downtown monday morning to file for a restraining order against her.

I thought may instead i could resolve this without the restraining order so i sent an email to rent a center and never received a response. My boyfriend called and when he brought up the threat he was told that the manager was standing right there and she (the employee) never said that. So the manager lied.

So i sent another email asking them to contact me still no answer so i found this website. So i sent another email thanking them for not contacting me because i ended up finding this website. So i am suppose to go in and make a payment on wed. But i have decided if she is there i will walk right out of the store.
