I need help! Ripoff

I recently rented a tv from rent a center and it broke i had to pay 700.00 to get it fixed, I called rent a center and they would not fix it. I am still under my contract and they would not honor it. I have about 900.00 left on my agreement and I refuse to pay them any more and I refuse to give my tv back. They have threaten me and all of my references that i used to get it. They told me today that They have issued a warrent for my arrest. They are scammers for sure! I want to know what should I do. I have never been arrested and I do not want to be either can anyone help?
