Delivery Public Safety issue, manager training also needed!

Jimmy john driver in downtown Indianapolis, IN. A public safety risk. On 3/22 @ 9:42 PM
I was on the way to pick-up my daughter at her apartment downtown Indianapolis,
A car behind me with a Jimmy Johns sign on top was weaving out of traffic and nearly rear-ended a yellow cab van in the lane next to me @ Martian Luther King at the crossing of West St. Clair. I kept going and soon the same Jimmy John delivery car was weaving back in and out of traffic behind me. I drove a few street up to turn right on to Michigan (2 lane turn). I was in the left side of the right to turn on to Michigan - This delivery person was turning to apparently in the wrong lane - as he was in the very right side of the right turning lane and the driver zoomed in front of me, cut me off to turn in front of me and we nearly collided as he was zipped into a side street on the left side. I honked and went on to get my daughter. While waiting for her I called the nearest Jimmy Johns to report this issue to the manager, I spoke to the 11th street store manager, Tabitha. After explaining the incidents, dead silence, I almost said hello? Replies as follows:
Tabitha - (Manager at Jimmy Johns): What do you want me to do?
Me: I thought you would want to know - this is a dangerous situation someone could have hurt 3 times in that short distance.
Tabitha: Well I cant really do anything but ask him to stop and tell him you complained.
Me:, Ah, Dont you want to know about this, dont you have some sort of policy?
Tabithas: Well I dont know what you expect me to do. (she did not seem at all concerned in fact a little annoyed I was complaining.
Me: You are the manager are you not?
Tabitha: Yes
I then said fine and let her know I would take it up with the corporate office, alert the local police if I see it again. I felt she might have been improperly trained, as well as the driver. I hung up the phone as I felt I was talking to someone far younger than a manager. 3 Minutes later I get a call. It is Tabitha, curt and annoyed.
Me: hello?
Tabitha: Hello this is Tabitha and I want to know why you called me giving me the 3rd degree
Me What?
Tabitha: You heard me; I want to know what you are calling.
Me: You just called me and I have to ask, what is the point of this return call as you know why I called you the 1st time
Tabitha: You have no right calling me and getting upset with me and giving me the 3rd degree.
(At this point my daughter was waiting in the car and concerned as to what the heck was going on).
Me: Please do not call again I will be taking this situation up with your corporate office, Good Bye.
Just then the same driver pulls up behind me and my daughter on Porto Allege, exiting my daughters campus apartment headed toward 10th to get on the highwayThis Jimmy Johns delivery driver was so close to my bummer I thought he was going to hit us. As we took out the phone to call the police, He turned on a street taking a right toward Wishard Bld.
This is very concerning for so many reasons. Should look into this! I am stunned the manager would call me back and berate me over alerting their firm on a public safety issue. I am very glad that I have a record of this electronically, I fear for all the drivers in this area and worried about the training of local managements ability to effectively deal with this situation.
