I Worked as a delivery driver for 4 years. Still making the same money per hour as i was when i started. There have been 3 company wide pay cuts in this time for delivery drivers.

The last one took away our driver reimbursement program. Which was designed by Corporate Jimmy Johns to pay for our gas/and car maintenance. Which for day drivers is about 3 to 5 dollers an hour. Night drivers 1 to 3 per hour. They claim to the public in commercials And over the phone that there is no Delivery Charge. This is a lie.

They used to give us drivers 5% of whatever we took before taxes.

So example 1 sub cost $4.25 tax=$4.51 in the store.

For delivery the same sandwhich cost $4.75. A difference of 24 cents= (a Delivery charge)

5% of that $4.25 used to go to the driver which is 21.25 cents. Leaving Jimmy Johns a profit of 3.75 cents after they pay out the tax and the commission.

The only item in the entire store they dont gain money on this way is the club sandwhiches.

They are lying to the american people. Lying to all there consumers. And Matt@Todd Sacket in Lexington

Are having trouble making there contract with Jimmy Johns to open 8 Stores. Both new cars both newly married Both new houses, Lots of new bills. So they have decided to Cut this Commission that doesnt even come out of there profit margin, They now provide no mileage reimbursement or any type of delivery charge to the driver. And are pocketing the entire Delivery Charge they Claim doesnt exist.

You Deserve to know Your nickles and dimes are being pocketed behind Lies.
