Xbox repair with life time warrenty

I had my xbox 360 repaired 3 times at their Waterford franchise and was finally tod they couldnt fix it, "send it to Microsoft". I followed their instructions and it was damaged in transit - I called the main store in taylor and was told to bring it in which I did (long drive). They finally said there was nothing they could do. I attempted to reason with them and ask for my money back, and the owner beacme verbally abusive. Do not do business with these people - they are childish geeks and do not know how to run a business or treat customers.
