No refund to a dollar bill changer

I bought a dollar bill changer from RPMVending back in January. Ever since we received it the door kept falling off, the insides to the machines kept breaking and coming apart. We called the company time after time and they would never call us back. Finally I emailed them threating to get legal services, then they emailed me back. Told me to box up the unit and send it back. I did on February, they received the item, then and the B*LLS to call us up and wanted to know where the original box was, the REPAIRMAN called I was very RUDE, we finally had to hang up on him. Then I received a email with the credit going back to my ebay account, which I never paid thru ebay. To this date March 20 I have not received my credit. On the last email from RPM Vending it said DO NOT CALL OR EMAIL US AGAIN. Do not buy anything from this company.
