I bought and paid for machines, he will not call back and he has my maichine, i need repairs so they can make money that is why we bought them to begin with

We bought these machines from vending sales and service out of washington, we bought the maintance agreement, we have called him for months, he finally showed up at another business 2 months ago and picked up my mega touch, i have not heard from him since, he will not return my calls and he has my 5000.00 dollar machine, i am getting no where.
