On March 13th Mr. Keith Tarragano 110-11 72 Ave apt 2a, Forest Hills, NY 11375 sent me {3} paypal payments$7000$4000$9000a total of $20,000 I sold Keith Tarragano a case of 2003~2004 Exquisite basketball I sent the case overnight express shipping # EG 518672725 US on March 14th Keith received the case & called me stating he wanted a better price we agreed on a $75.00 refund in which Keith Tarragano would send me a email stating the sale would be final "he did send the email"now on June 22nd 2012 Keith Tarragano sent me another emailthis time he is asking me to rebuy the case as he "could use the money" Keith Tarragano also states in the email that "as good as the case is" NEVER once does Keith Tarragano mention in email #1 or email #2 that he never received his case of cardsthat was the last time I heard from Keith Tarragano until paypal put a $7000 lean on me on 6/29 stating Keith Tarragano has filed a charge back with his credit card co. Stating he never received his itemKeith Tarragano bought the case from me on March 13 for $20,000 yet he waited {3} months 16 days to file a charge back stating he never received his $20,000 itemKeith Tarragano has put me out of Business on Ebay because of this fraudulant claim
