Rip-off on "fee free, no hidden fee calling card purchase" eat minutes. Online

I bought two calling cards to call India. This is a "fee free" calling card. This card has no hidden fees or maintenance fees as it is said their web page.

But when I called India and used only for 47 minutes. It ate 62 minutes and finished the card. I called the customer service. He said go ahead and use the other calling card. What a trick! But I refused and told him that I have not used the card, pay me back. He said your card has only 62 min, it should have 67 min. So I can not pay. I said I have not used it at all. Then he gave a number to call. I called that number they said it has $10 and not used. Then I called back and said what I was told. I told him "If you want to verify call them and find out".

Finally he said I will credit it back in 5-7 business days. I am still waiting. So watch out for the ripoff guys.
