Telecents Fraud, Deception

I bought a $10 phone card from speedypin.com. To start they charge $1 processing: I paid $11. After my first call there was a sudden drop in my balance so I started to monitor my minutes of use: they were charging more than 3 times the advertised rate for this so called "Fee Free" card.
I called the issuer of the card, Telecents Communications, they accepted my complaint and said they would restock the stolen minutes, to give them 48 hrs. It was a lie, they did NOTHING.
I called speedypin.com directly and they offered to replace the more than 350 min. There should be remaining in my original card with another card of less than 200 min.: take it or leave it.
I just finished the minutes left in the "Fee Free" card and hopefully never again I will deal with speedypin.com (or stealin'pin.com?)
Conclusion: if you buy from stealin'pin.com, figure to pay at least 3 times the offered rate in their web page.
