Leaving several messages when asked not to call

I put a roommate wanted ad on craiglist and on the ad it says for no one to contact me with services provided and for the past six month this company has been leaving several messages on my phone with nothing but back ground noise. I have called this company serveral times and the guy has been very rude and nasty on the phone and said for me to find something else to do instead of complaning. This company has cost me several minutes of my usage on my cell phone
