This company is a fraud!

Following a discussion on 5/3/07, my roommate signed a contract with Ken Alderfer (representing Prima Seal) for ordering and installing 9 windows within our condo.in those days, she published a sign in the quantity of $1454.00 (1/3 the projected price) using the guarantee the check wouldn't be banked until she talked in my experience and we named to verify anything with Brad Scott, who owns the organization. Whenever we attempted to contact, we just could abandon a voice-mail communication, and later discovered from her lender the check was certainly banked on 5/7/07 without further connection with the organization and, upon ultimately talking with Brad on 5/10/07, he accepted that it had been only a misunderstanding.

A scheduled appointment was designed to measure for that windows on 5/16/07 at4:30 pm. Brad named at the start of this week, 5/14/07, to reconfirm the visit. Our partner was contained in the condo, expecting the planned conference, but nobody turned up. We weren't called or approached by any means since that phone from Brad Scott on 5/14/07.

It's currently per week afterwards (5/21/07), and after departing atleast two messages per day (calling atleast 6 times daily) in addition to 4 immediate emails previously 6 times, the style mail is complete and we can not locate every other method to contact and talk to somebody. We actually attempted faxing a notice but evidently their fax device continues to be turn off.

After our personal encounter with this specific organization in addition to studying additional grievances below and BBB, obviously, these operating the corporation (such as the operator Brad and his companion Ken) are scams. All we would like is our cash back. We're dealing with an attorney to maneuver forward in getting them to judge.
