Ripoffs had cancelled service and they continued billing

Had called and cancelled service in early June of this year when checking my statement found they had charged me again. When I called them they stated I had not cancelled though they did note I had talked to someone. What a rip-off they talk about protecting us from credit fraud but who is going to protect us from them?
