I called cms on 4-22-03 and told them that i had cancelled them the next day twice. She said she had to review the taped conversation. I told her i talked 3 times to people who had called. She said it didnt matter that if they didnt find the 1 that i had said cancel then they would still bill my crediot card. I told her that i had cancelled it. She said i would still be billed at my home., thats $58.24 every month for 4 years.

Can you believe i would sign up for mags for 4 years especially since i have terminal cancer and wont be here this end of 2003. So please help me get my 58.24 and 58.24 that theyu charged my card that they WONT RETURN.!!! Thank you
