For the first time in my life, Ive actually decided to file a complaint on the web because my wife and I lost $2300 to this horrible company. We needed help promoting our website and we found www.dienal.com for seo help and other promotion methods. He sold me a more expensive package with guarantess and many options to help with traffic. SEO, video marketing and other methods. To make a long story short - they never did much of anything. Zero different in ranking lots of talking only.

He kept dragging out what he was going to do and next thing you know, 7 weeks has passed and its too late to get our money back and now they dont reply back to my eamils. They lied over and over again. We lost lots of money, we have nothing to show and it has caused problems with my wife and myself. How do sites like this get away with ripping people off?

I cant find an address, no phone number, nothing to contact even the BBB. I am posting this, so others will not make my same mistake. I will post this same message all over the internet. Maybe then he will refund my money, but I doubt it. Now we dont know what to do next no more money.
