Makerank.com Ruined my Ranking and Stole my Money

Jimmi from makerank.com had had promised to help increase my ranking on my website and get me more leads.

I was always at the bottom of page one on my keywords and I had some ok sales. They said I would be #1 within 2-3 weeks.

Well 2-3 weeks in my rankings dropped. He said it was the "google dance" that happens once you start doing marketing and it would soon pop back up and even higher.

Well I got an email from google in my webmaster tools account that there were some suspicious linking going on with my domain. Since I wasn't doing any marketing, I asked Jimmi who told me this was common practice because all of their work was starting to show up.

Well after doing research I found out this means google has pretty much removed my rankings and de-indexed my site for spammy blog comment links, link farm schemes, and overused keyword anchor text. (I don't know what those all mean that is what the google rep emailed me)

Google said I can remove all of the bad links I got and my rankings MIGHT come back. The thing is there are over 100,000 bad links now. How could I ever remove them?

I am 100% positive that Jimmi from makerank.com has committed fraud and ruined my website rankings. Makerank.com is a 100% spam and they use black hat marketing techniques in attempts to manipulate the page rank and get you higher rankings. The thing is Google now penalizes you for this and they screwed me out of my traffic, my income and I lose about $1000 from using their services alone.

I will now have to redo my site from scratch with another name because he ruined me. I will be taking them to court and sueing them if I can. The thing is I am sure they are from India and I won't even be able to sue them.
