Used my services to file family court documents for him in Ontario and paid with an NSF cheque

This person asked me to file legal documents in family court for him in Ontario as he had just moved to British Columbia. He sent me the papers and i filed them for him and he paid me with an NSF cheque. When contacted he blamed his ex-wife for draning the account and not telling him. That was more than a month ago and he has more excuses for not paying me than you can imagine.

I hope this information will prevent him from defrauding anyone else.

I will be following up with the family courts for his matters and do whatever it takes to make sure this crook does not scam anyone else.
