We received a solicitation over the phone asking if we could use a carpet cleaning service, as they would be out in our area on a specified date. (Normally I do not use anything which is solicted like this.) We live in an out lying area and have found that anyone you hire wants a travel fee. Ie $25. To $50.00, so I booked these people feeling it would be a good bargain. I set the appointment for 4:00 P.M. Deliberately as I had other things to get done.

Come Saturday I get a call that they could only make it at around 1:00 - 2:00. They showed up about 2:30. I was originally told they had the latest type Equipment and cleaning methods out. They hauled in the Latest Equipment. (a Old hoover (Metal) or similar brand vaccum to clean the carpet with first. They proceeded to move most of the Furniture out of the rooms. Then they bring in this rea Modern (Floor Polisher type with the huge whirling Brush) Really Modern. They did no spotting, (That was Extra) when they went to empty their water, they did it in my Kitchen Sink. (Real Sanitary.) (We have and old fashion house with 3 bathrooms.) After they departed We find over 1/3 of the carpet was totally dry - not even cleaned.

Furniture was left exactly where they left it. Most Unprofessional cleaning service I have ever seen. They told us to stay off the carpet so I sat at my computer so I could not see all that they were cleaning. Other parts of the carpet were soaking wet.

My spoused called and told them not to cash the check, but they did so anyhow. We are really upset with these people as we live on a fixed income (Social Security) and can not afford to be taken over the hurdles when we ask for services. So anyone out there that reads this, be AWARE - THEY ARE A NATIONAL & LOCAL ORGINIZATION.
