Sells Defective androids, and offers Insurance but never replaces phone with new just refurbished phone

Best Buy offers protection or insurance for cellular devices, Androids, etc.
The insurance is $10 a month, a good idea for the products they sell because
the product is not going to be a good one, it will fail. I had 5 cellphones, they
were all Incredible HTC, Verizon and they were all junk. Best Buy claims that
after five returns, you get a New Phone, but that is never the case. It is a constant
wind of refurbished phones, an incosistent answers to questions about what the
insurnace policy covers. They change the policy rules as they go and none of their
salespeople are knowledgeable about the insurance, nor the phones. Do not buy
a cellphone from best buy at clackamas town center in Portland OR, the kiosk store.
They are a rip off, they tell big stories, and none of it is true.
