Horrible Company

Called to cancel order. Was told that it would be cancelled, and have been waiting and waiting for the promised email confirmation, to no avail. Called the office today, was put on hold for 30 min, NO ONE EVER picked up the phone! And called definitely within normal business hours! So am having to pay for an order that Totsy.com PROMISED to cancel for me! What an incompetent company. Will NEVER go with them again, and hope to stray others from using them in the future!
