Default on purshase internet

In July we purchased some salvage items from Govt. Liquidator, Ft Benning, GA location. We went to pick up our winning lot and was met with an hostile manager name Theresa. She with held some of our purchased lot.in addition, she was rude. We reported the incident to the district manager, he told us to tell the complaint center. We reported both incidents and got no relief. We were told that even though some of our property was withheld, we purchased at our own risk. We lost several thousand dollars on this bid. Governemnt Liqidators does not honor missing items.
