In December I purchased a total of 4 box sets of DVDs for a total of $275.00USD. To date I have not received any of the items I purchased. I contacted the company via their website and received a response from Kevin Williams, supposedly the customer support manager. I was assured that the items had been shipped, but had been held up at customs and had been released for shipment via USPS. I despair of ever receiving the items and am unable to get a refund.
