Timeshare fraud and violation of Florida statutes

On June 10th, I joined into an arrangement with Realty Qualities to market my timeshare in Breckinridge, Co. They needed cost ahead of time within the quantity of $1,395.00. Occasionally, I'd follow-up together to check on the standing about the purchase. The typical reaction - "a few leads are thinking about the timeshare or they didn't be eligible for the mortgage". Eventually this same reaction turned suspect which no energetic motion had been taken up to promote the timeshare. Through further study with Mid-Florida BBB yet others, I discovered that Realty Qualities motion have been in breach of Florida Laws - Area 721.30 (6) - prohibiting progress assortment of costs for report on timeshares properties and Area 475.01 - low-certified property agent, broker affiliate or revenue connected.
