Amanda and Walter Thomas Myrtle also sold us promises to build our dream pool. Our dream quickly turned into a nightmare! We got stuck with missing braces, missing bolts to hold the steel walls together, the salt system, no concrete decking, no aluminum fencing, no electrical panel, no safety cover, no handles for the stairs, stairs that are out of level and a concrete collar that did not meet the manufacturers minimum requirements.
All of the items listed were paid for. The electrical was so bad that it meted the electrical outlet and the extension cord that Tommy then attached to my house. Basically we got stuck with a huge expensive mess and a ton of unanswered voice messages and texts. I looks like we had the same experience as the other complaints. Once they got the money... The ran!
