They call several times a day, won't send me information on what they say I owe, and only want payment from me. That is just stupid I will not give them my credit card number. They are so rude and

I have received about 3 calls a day at the least. When I called to have them send me a report on what I "owe" them, they say they can't send a report, I just need to pay. I refuse to give them my personal information, so the calls continue no matter what I do. I have checked with my credit reports and nothing shows up. Marnie Butler was so rude to me it was unreal. Terri Akins left a horrid message. Why can't these people be silenced? I am on the do not call list and really don't know what else to do short of changing the phone number I have had for 45 years.
