Rude women refuse to give payment mailing address

I received notice on my credit report that I had a collection account for MCI Communications. I spent the time to research which collection agency it was through - this was from and found CBCS. I called to ask what the collection account was for or from and they refused to give me information.

I then decided that I would pay the account just to get them off my report and they refused to give me a payment mailing address without giving them my social security number and an address verification. I didn't want them calling me or mailing me anyhting. I explained that I just wanted a mailing address to send payment. I was hung up on twice.
