Awful Service!

I placed an Order on Monday for flowers to be delivered the next day. My sister has a birthday that week and will be out of town. I wanted her to enjoy the flowers before she left. The flowers never showed up. I called on Wednesday, the lady apologized and said she would send it again but she had to charge my credit card again but my card would also be refunded for the first purchase. The flowers never showed up again. I called again today on Thursday and was told that they do not actually SELL THE FLOWERS THAT WERE POSTED!!! They had to find a florist that sold that design. I am beyond pissed. I asked for a full refund. The lady said if I give you a refund you will not get flowers, we do not give flowers for free. I was supposed to have flowers 3 days ago and they never showed up. I think I deserve to have these damn flowers for free. I am irate. My credit card has been charged twice now and my bank says that there is no credit showing it was both shown as a debit. What a scam!!! No flowers and debited twice. I want my money back.
