I placed the order below last month to send my close friend flowers on her birthday. I was extremely disatisfied when she told me that the flowers arrived already dead. I have always used 1800Flowers and trusted the service you provide but this experience has been a disappointment.

I chat with 1800 representative and she advised me to get more information from the person who received the flowers: as condition of the box, how many flowers were dead! How embaressing is that!
