Placed an order in December, charged 100% of everything I had in my cart even though they backordered an item (while their email confirmation showed everything shipped). I have been attempting to reach them since this time and since you can't TALK to anyone by phone, everything has to be emailed. As of today, I still have no merchandise, no credit and NO CONTACT from them! Do not buy from them!!!
