Simply put, I have been ripped-off. After clicking on and reading some testimonials about the AuraVie I decided to try "risk-free" what I thought would be a sample of products for shipping only. They have a web page but it did not take me there so I did not read the last paragraph on page 4 of there site that I was expected to send back in 10 - 30 days at my own expense if I did not like it.
When the unexpected charge showed up I was told I needed to send the product back in 10 days, so it is to late and I will have to pay $97.88 but they would be happy to cancel my second order.
Lesson learned the hard way, I won't be dealing with any internet company again.
