I sent for a "trial" "risk free" order of Auravie 3 Skincare Trial offer which was suppose to send trials of theit skincare and also 11 Free Top Selling Lifesyle eBooks. I sent for the trial on Oct. 18 and it was sent. I received the trial products a few days later—I never could locate the Lifestyle books on mt email—even checking spam.in the information that came with the trials there was no reminder of how long I had to use them. (I don'r recall seeing that information when I sent fot the trial. On Oct. 31, I noticed that 97.88 had been automatically takrn out of my account by "Rejuv". I was totally surprised and I called the company to cancel my "new membership" that I had no idea that I'd signed up for!!! I haven't even had the chance to try the stuff yet!!! I called the company and they tell me that when I ordered the trial, I agreed to cancel within ten dats of its order! I printed the order when I sent it and it said nothing about this. The compant did let me cancel the membership but they would only refund $25.00 of the $97.88 that they took out of my account—and that is just for the trial products that I already received and paid their risk free trial $2.95. And so, I'm stuck with a product I may hate but paid dearly for. Never again will I send fot a trial of ANYTHING!!
