Trying to collect on some bogus hollywood video charges

I also got a bill for some charges for Hollywood Video dating back to 3 years ago for $14.42 and it doesn't state what the charges are for.

It does list 4 movie names that I may have rented, but returned and never had any balance due at the store.

Hard to get through to the number listed and I am suspicious of a company with a po box address. I think that they figure you will just pay the small amount and if they do it enough times with the public they can make a lot of money - smacks of a scam.
