Who is responsible? Must all customers pay the price for the lack in judgement

My stay at the Red Roof Inn was satisfactory. I stayed the Red Roof for over 9 weeks. I am a disabled veteran having chemo treatment at the VA hospital in Ann Harbor. On morning of October 12 I was washing my hair and slipped in the tub. Causing damage as I fell to the floor. I c called the front desk for help they told me to hang up and call the ambulance myself. Went for several staples in my head at the VA. The hotel did not recall me nor the incident and there insurance company Liberty Mutual refused to pay for the damage. I wouldnt stay in this chain of hotels
