False advertising and poor customer service

Bought dual purchase (12 bras) for. 97 (2) = 9.94.98 (2) =. 96 for delivery and handling of two purchases which all arrived within the same bundle today! The bras didn't fulfill the publicized advantages - didn't raise, assistance or stay-put! I had been so incredibly unhappy. I named the client support and following a lengthy delay, was linked and also the link was horrible - he kept saying we've a poor link and that I stated I really could hear him good which I needed the return signal. I did so have it (required more than 20 units) and that I was directed to obtain a following range after I sent them back. I got them within their unique bundle using the return tag supplied by Geni Bra/Tristar Items, and shipped them back and got a following range it charge me $9.80!! The cash has been created about the delivery and handling evidently the organization doesn't worry about the merchandise being sub standard to express minimal! I currently have to follow-up to ensure that I obtain a reimbursement for that $119.94. False Advertising and bad customer support isn't a method to keep a company and my official problem is my method to convey my emotions about that company training.
