Geni Bra inc. Overcharged for Sh/han. Product DID not live up to one half their claims

I saw the product on tv. And called them up. It was called the Geni Bra, the Bra every woman wants. So I bought three for 59.95. They gave me three more as a bonus. So I had six comming. Well first of all I told the lady I needed them by May 24th, my wifes birthday. No problem I was assured. When they didn't arrive on the 23rd I called them and was told they were backordered and it would ne 4 to 6 weeks before I got them. I also was concerned over the High Handling and shipping cost, almost one half of the bra cost over 25.95. That was the standered charge she told me. I was in a hurry to get the bra's for my wifes birthday so I did not say anything else.
The bras arrived two and a half weeks after my wifes birthday. They did not fit or do any of the things claimed on the tv add. Lift, seperate, comfortable etc. They pinched, rolled up and were to small. They did not lift, seperate, and were uncomfortable.
So I called them and got a return auth # but I would not get any of the 25.95 shipping cost returned to me and it would be six weeks before they credited my visa back. Look guys this package weighs less than 9 ounces, is nothing but a flimsey plastic envelope and in no way costs 25.95 to mail.in fact they offered to send me the 25.95 if I would keep the bras. They don't fit, their're no good to my wife. These people are crooks that's all.
