Paul Guevara claimed to be a Publicist. He said he would write 20 press releases for $3,000.00 He completed 9 of them. He took the $3000.00 as a retainer. He also then contacted our parent company and asked for a retainer from them saying he wasn't paid. He cashed both checks and never completed the work. When Accounting caught the issue. We contacted Paul.

He responded he was sorry but things were hard and he would pay the money back. We gave him 90 days. When we contacted him again, He asked if we could do a payment plan. He accepted the terms then never honored the agreement. He says he has an office in NYthe office turned out to be his apartment. He also said he had an office in Hong Kong. Non existent.
