Paul Giannini WARNING-Do not hire for BK or Loan Modification, Restraining orders on Foreclosures!

Normally, I would not file a report BUT because of what our country is experiencing I feel compelled to share this information. I have several properties one of which was set for sale at foreclosure 2 weeks before I contacted Paul. Believe it or not I got a modification on my loan but boy was it a waggidy loan. And they broke numerous law and switched the deal SO many time that I lost track of what the deal really was. At the end of it I had a deal but a BAD deal which would have resulted in loosing the house at some time in the future anyway. SO, I called Paul to file a law suit and get a restraining order against the foreclosure. Contact me for details but know this. Paul does NOT understand BK laws or Loan Modifications, period. He gets you to give him a 1K retainer to file the lawsuit and then "reviews" the file. He then refunds you a portion of your retainer when he tells you there is nothing you can do. I think this is his business model. So not only does he NOT know BK but he does not know RESPA laws and truth and lending laws. He shouldn't represent himself as an attorney in these areas. Come to find out that he was WRONG and I was able to file a Chap 11, wipe away the amount of the loans that we above the property value, stop all foreclosures in their tracks and the banks are require to work out a modification that makes SENSE. I am not saying that he may not be FABULOUS in other areas of law but stay away when it comes to BK and Loan Modifications. Good Luck!!
