Ripped off my bank card!

Cricket ripped off my bank account, and I had to report my card as stolen to keep them from charging me! I tried and tried to reach one of their "customer service" reps on their "customer service" line and the only time I could reach an actual person was when I finally chose the option to disconnect service! They clearly do not care about their customers! Thank god my bank has an excellent fraud department!
