I have a cricket phone. I must say the customer service sucks. I had my check book stolen and this person paid their cricket phone bill with one of the stolen checks and when I called cricket they told me to contact the corporate office... Which no one returns your phone calls.

Needless to say cricket actually accepts stolen checks and the persons cell phone is still on!

Also I can not reach a live operator from my phone I have reported the problem but no help yet fixing it! I am shutting my phone off soon!

I am sure it will be worth the extra dollars a month to have a phone company that cares... And wont accept stolen checks!!!
