Order confirmed 9/1/07, charged and never received item

I order a pair of bridal shoes & Wedding Shoes Touch UPS (Style Sophia 352) on September 1. The order was confirmed as processed successfully the same day under order number XXXXX at 040120pm. My total order was $46.00 with shipping cost of $20.20 and insurance fee of $5.00 with the total order of $71.20. I've tried calling the number provided on October 1 and originally did get through and was advised that the order takes 4 to 6 weeks delivery but my order should have been processed for one pair of shoes. I have tried calling back and sending emails but unfortunately I can ot reach anyone or get anyone to answer my emails. My reaffirmation of my wedding day is fast approaching and I do not have my shoes. I've had to purchase an alternative pair of shoes with no money returned and no answer or status to my order.
