Called day after expiration of voucher after calling several times before with no call back and they will not honor the vouche

My husband bought me the $59 travelzoo special for a massage and facial as a little treat. I have 2 little ones, one being under 1 year old and I definitely needed a treat. Each time I attempted several times to make appointment with M's Body Boutique, they never called back, of course I got busy with my life and then I realized I was outside the expiration date by ONE DAY. Of course this time they called me back right away to tell me they will not honor the deals but will be willing to give me the value that I'd paid for the vouchers toward their FULL price services. This person that told me this was RUDE on the phone and I asked to speak to a manager and have yet 1 week later to recieve a call back. I think it's totall rediculous that they cannot honor my request one day outside the expiration date. Due to this and obviously lack of customer service I would not recommend them. I guess I'll go get some product with my 59 dollars and call it a day.
