Deal required an appointment for measuring. When I tried to scedule the appointment, the earliest they had was after the expiration date. I asked if that was going to be an issue and they said yes, that they couldn't honor the deal after the expiration date. I told them I felt that since I was initiating the service for merchandise before the expiration date, that it should be honored, they said "sorry." This all happened in 2012 but the selection of years in the box above did not give the option of 2012.
