Promised no change in invoice amount, with new layout, and my bill is HIGHER!

Sprint gave the following notice:
"At Sprint, we're always working to make your wireless experience as simple as possible. Starting with your February invoice, your monthly charges will be presented differently. From now on, we'll separate the primary line from the second line for all Family and Business Share plans. We hope this is a helpful change that makes your monthly bill even easier to understand. And don't worry your invoice amount is not changing, and you'll continue to receive the great Sprint service you've come to love.in fact, Sprint remains the value leader for individual and share plans and is the only national carrier to offer truly Unlimited data for all phones with no overages, data caps or throttling. All while on the Sprint network."

Note the areas of concern: Sprint is only changing the layout of their bill, but your bill amount will not change. My bill is now higher! My plan is a $129.99 plan, which I verified today that the plan is still the same. The only difference is, they separated the plan charge between my two lines. Primary is $110.00, secondary is 19.99. I get a discount on my bill, but due to the way they separated it out (for other people's business accounting purposes), I now get a smaller discount. I asked why they can't apply the discount to both lines in order to prevent this issue, and I was told that the line has to be at least $30.00 per month to get the discount. So I asked why they can't make it $30.00, and the primary line $99.99, so that the discount can be effective on both, and she said she doesn't know, it was issued by corporate. She then started telling me that I should basically be fine with it, because Sprint still offers the best plans around. I told her that's true, but I have horrible service! I also told her that I've never been able to use my phone when I truly, desperately needed it, because of the service.

So having the best plans means nothing, when you don't have good service! She finally did issue me a one time credit of $80.00 (the change raises my bill to OVER $60.00 per year), but had to extend my contract one month in order to give me the credit (which isn't right and doesn't make sense!). So after a year is up, what then?!?! I should not have to lose my credit, just because they want to change the layout on their bills! Their notice was even false!!! It states "your invoice amount is not changing". Every time I turn around, Sprint is trying to get us for something else!
